Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China issued the Document [2013] No. 61, by which Focuslight was approved to set up a post-doctoral scientific research station, becoming the first enterprise in the field of high power semiconductor laser in China to have a national post-doctoral research station.?

Since its establishment, Focuslight has always adhered to independent innovation and continuously increased the input in the introduction of talents.
